Are your rooms oceanfront?

All 9 of our rooms have breathtaking views of the ocean and beach!
 

Do you allow pets?

As much as we are fans of little critters, we try to be understanding and respectful of others who may have allergies so there is currently a No-Pet Policy.

 

What about my service animal?

Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.  Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.  Prior to your arrival, we are to be notified that a dog will be on the property and what work or task has the dog been trained to perform.  If we find that a dog is brought onto the premises and is in fact not a service animal, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. You will also be asked to leave immediately if (1) the dog is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it or (2) the dog is not housebroken.  The guest whose name the reservation is under will be responsible for any damages and/or charged a $250 cleaning fee for any excessive filth left in the room.
 

What is your cancellation policy?

At this time, our cancellation policy is as follows unless otherwise stated:
– Cancellations WITHIN 24 hours of making the reservation is eligible for a full refund
– Cancellations MORE than 30 days prior to the actual reservation is eligible for a full refund.
– Cancellations that are LESS than 30 days of reservation date but MORE than 7 days prior are eligible for a 1/2 refund.
– Cancellations that are less than 7 days prior to your reservation date are not eligible for any refund.
 

What if I decide to cancel or leave early because of weather?

Although we regret your decision to leave, any cancellation or early departure is still subject to our cancellation policy.  However, we do recommend that all guests look into purchasing travel insurance to help protect yourself from any losses. What is Check-In & Check-Out time?

Check-in starts at 3pm and goes until 9pm.  Check-out is by 10am.
 

Can I come early and stay late?

As much as we enjoy surprises… we ask that everyone adhere to the check-in and check-out policy.  Our hopes are for everyone to have a great first impression when visiting and we need to give our team enough time to properly clean and setup each room in between visits.
 

Do you allow smoking?

Our property is a smoke-free environment.  This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, pipes, marijuana and e-cigarettes.  Please be respectful of our property and other guests as well.
 

Do you have a washer and dryer?

We do not have a washer and dryer accessible to guests.
 

Is there a place for us to grill out?

Our property does not have a grill on site.  In addition, our property does not have a safe location that complies with fire safety codes for you to bring your own grill either.
 

What if I leave something behind after checking-out?

While we try our best to return items that have been left behind, if after reaching out to the guest with no response within 7 days after check-out, those items will be disposed of or giving to a local charity.

 

Do you have beach chairs?

We do not have beach equipment readily available for guests but we highly recommend using
“Tony Silvagni Surf School” for all of your beach rental needs.
